1. How can I exchange or return my order ?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, such as problems with the colour match, you can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the delivery. To exchange your order, please contact us by email. You are responsible for the delivery cost of returning the order. If you want to exchange or return your purchase, please make sure that the product is intact. You can take the extensions out of their packaging in order to check the quality or colour match, but if the disposable clasp is broken the product will be classed as used, and we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund.

2. When will I receive my exchange/refund ?

Refunds: we will refund your money as soon as we receive the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for the delivery costs of returning your order, and these will not be included in your refund.

Exchange: we will send you out your replacement products as soon as we have received your original order, as long as the extensions have not been used or damaged.

Important:
we don't have a UK address for returns, package have to be sent to Germany or Poland.
